Premium Cancellation & Payment Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
To secure a reservation, the following is required:
- A 50% initial deposit of the total booking value
- The remaining balance must be paid 5 days prior to arrival
A reservation is only confirmed once payment has been received.
2. Cancellation Policy
Due to the exclusive nature of our properties and services, the following terms apply:
- 48-hour grace period:
After making the 50% deposit, the client has 48 hours to cancel the reservation.
In this case, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded, while 20% will be retained for administrative and operational costs.
After 48 hours:
The 50% deposit becomes non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival:
→ 100% of the total reservation amount is non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance:
→ A future credit may be offered (no cash refund), subject to approval.
3. No-Show Policy
In case of no arrival:
- 100% of the booking will be charged
- No refunds or rescheduling apply
4. Date Changes
- Subject to availability
- Rate adjustments may apply
- Not guaranteed
5. Force Majeure
In exceptional circumstances:
- Rescheduling or credit may be offered
- Cash refunds are not guaranteed
6. Third-Party Services
(Yachts, tours, experiences)
- May have independent policies
- Typically non-refundable
7. Acceptance
By making a payment, the client automatically agrees to this policy.
