Any damage caused to the property will be the responsibility of the client.

- Events (parties, celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, etc.) must be approved in advance.

6 . Payments

- Payments can be made through the indicated methods (bank transfer, payment platforms, etc.).
- The client is responsible for any bank fees or additional transaction costs.

Services such as:
- Yachts
- Tours
- Private chef
- Transportation
- Decorations
Are operated by third-party providers and are subject to their own availability and conditions
8. Liability
Cartagena Rental Luxury is not responsible for:
- Cancellations due to external causes (weather, force majeure, third-party decisions)
- Loss of personal belongings
- Accidents during the stay or activities
9. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in and check-out times will be defined at the time of booking
- Late check-out may result in additional charges
10. Security and Guest Registration
- All guests must provide identification prior to check-in
